General

Cores are the basis of our business. We need cores to service our next customer. In order to maintain our inventory of cores, we ask that you return your core within 30 days of purchase or pay in advance for it's replacement.

We make it easy to return your core with no cost to you. We ask that you return your core in the box in which we shipped the new unit using the same packaging material to prevent shipping damage. With each order we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to facilitate the core return. Using this label will allow you to return the core at no cost to you.

Credit Card Orders

The typical order is placed using a credit card. When payment is made using a credit card, NO CORE DEPOSIT is required. You are on the "Honor System" to return your core within 30 days from the date of purchase. At 30 days, customers that have not returned their core will be assessed a core charge that will be processed to their credit card. No refunds will be processed for cores returned after 30 days.

COD

COD customers are required to make a core deposit at the time of order. The deposit is refundable when the core is returned within 30 days from the date of order. A check will be mailed when the core is received within 30 days. No refunds will be processed for the cores returned after 30 days.

Core Requirements

The following conditions must be met to receive core credit:

• Cores must be rebuildable and free of broken parts.
• Cores must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
• Cores must be packaged to avoid shipping damage.
• Cores must be complete with no missing parts.
• Core must be exact core sold.

The following are not acceptable:

• Cores from a salvage yard or with water damage.
• Cores with frozen bases or choke assemblies.
• Cores with cracked castings.
• Cores that are disassembled.
• Cores with stripped fuel inlets.
